We serve Waterloo Region (Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge), Guelph, Elora, and Brantford. No travel fee within these areas. Travel fees apply to extended zones, $50 within the extended zone, and $100 beyond that.
Can I just call instead of filling out the form?
Yes. Call us at 416-625-7384 during business hours. The form is faster for us to process and helps us prepare a tailored quote, but a phone call works too.
What happens after I submit the form?
You'll get a confirmation email right away. Within one business day, we'll reply with a quote tailored to your listing, available shoot times, and any clarifying questions. Once you confirm, we lock in the booking and send you everything you need to prepare the property.
Do I need to be at the property during the shoot?
Not at all. Most agents leave us a lockbox code or arrange access through the homeowner. We'll let you know the moment we're done and send delivery the next morning.
