Industrial character with a strong sense of place
The Blacksmith Lofts offered the kind of visual detail we love to photograph: exposed brick, oversized factory windows, tall ceilings and a rooftop terrace. Its location near the Gaslight District and Grand River gave the listing an identity that went well beyond the unit itself.

A bungalow where the location did the talking
This well-kept bungalow backed onto the Galt Country Club and sat close to the Grand River. The aerial coverage mattered because the setting was one of the property's strongest features, while the large backyard gave the home a sense of space that was easy to understand from above.

A streetscape made for twilight
This character home sits on one of West Galt's period streets, lined with globe lights and used as a backdrop for film and television productions including The Handmaid's Tale and The Queen's Gambit. We photographed the exterior at twilight so the street itself became part of the story.
